The seminar is over now and we thank all participants for a great experience. Below you find the forms for travel reimbursement.

EUROPE, THE DAY AFTER TOMORROW
No worries, the twelfth international Berlin Seminar will not predict the probability of future atomic wars in Europe. JEF Germany rather invites you to predict our common European future while exploring the Berlin metropolis and getting to know many fellow Europeans!

As JEF'ers have always done, we want to think Europe ahead and create a vision for Europe – be with us when we think about how our Europe should look in 50 years! During the four days of the seminar you will experience a creative trip into our common Future of Europe, where you can discuss, brainstorm, discover – simply: where we will create visions!

To make our vision become true we want to close the seminar with an action, to take a first step in making our vision reality!

Participation Fee
The fee covers accommodation, catering and travel reimbursement. It has to be paid in advance by bank transfer as soon as you received your confirmation and before April 18th, 2011.
Internationals pay 70€
Nationals pay       50€
Locals pay           37,50€ (no travel reimbursement and accommodation!)

Travel Reimbursements
80% of your actual costs up to a maximum of 90€ for nationals and 130€ for internationals. You will be reimbursed by bank transfer if we receive your original tickets no later than one month after the seminar.

Visa
If you need a visa for Germany please fill in all requested data in the online application. After checking your application, we will provide you with an invitation letter for the visa process and advocate that you will not be charged the service fee at the German embassy.

Please take your time filling in the application and make sure the data is correct.

Write your Eurotopia in a text editor and copy&paste it into the field so it isn't lost if something goes wrong. Estimate your travel cost and only enter a "0" if you do not need any travel reimbursement.
