We are the Young European Federalists (JEF) Germany. JEF is a transnational youth organisation which promotes a deeper European integration. We believe in the vision of a European state to achieve democracy, freedom, security and prosperity for all Europeans.

JEF consists of different layers. On the ground our local sections (Kreisverbände) organise many events to inform our fellow citizens about Europe, the European Union and our political ideas. The regional sections (Landesverbände) are responsible for holding bigger events, such as trips or simulations of the European Parliament, as well as coordinating the work of the local sections within their area of responsibility. Then there are the national sections, like JEF Germany. We represent our organisation to the outside, host the annual federal congress (Bundeskongress) and try to influence national politicians. Finally, there is our umbrella organisation: JEF Europe, located in Brussels. With the help of the latter we influence EU politics in Europe's capital and concentrate all our efforts in common political statements and actions.
